HAPPY CUSTOMERS
I had a small leak in the roof over my garage. Dustin came out to look at it, and repaired the leak (seal around a venting tube had deteriorated) in about 10 minutes. While he didn't want to accept payment, I made him accept at least enough to cover his drive out here and the 10 minutes it took to fix the problem. I appreciate his candor, straight forward dealings, and the fact that, while he could have made a bigger issue out of the roofing problems I had, he didn't. He strikes me as an ethical, customer focused independent businessman who is interested in developing longer term relationships. I'll call them again.
